Our production facility is equipped with state-of-the-art systems that ensure seamless, sterile and high-volume manufacturing:

  • BFS/FFS Sterile Technology: A highly advanced, automated process that forms the container, fills it with fluid and seals it — all in one enclosed operation. This guarantees zero human contact, maximum sterility and the lowest risk of contamination.
  • Polypropylene (PP) Bottles: We use durable, lightweight and non-toxic PP bottles which are collapsible and air-tight. These bottles do not require venting, offer better safety than traditional glass and are shatterproof and light-resistant.
  • Coming Soon: IV Fluids in Non-PVC Infusion Bags
    We are now in the final stages of introducing non-PVC, DEHP-free IV fluid bags, which are globally preferred for their biocompatibility, eco-friendliness and suitability in critical care. These infusion bags will be ideal for:

    • ICUs and emergency care
    • Pediatric and oncology settings
    • Institutions with modern infusion systems

This expansion will give hospitals and healthcare providers a versatile range of packaging options — from rigid PP bottles to soft, collapsible bags.
